I’ve always been into excercise and training but never been able to stick able to stick to a diet because I love my food too much. I’m hoping that the challenge helps keeps me on track!
I loved the versatility and the variety of both the training and diet plans.
The diet was definitely the hardest part. I enjoy training but I’m a huge foodie!
It’s taught me so much more about the importance of a healthy and balanced diet and also showed me how certain routine can affect your results very differently. The results I’ve managed to achieve have given me a new found confidence in myself and and made me more comfortable to be in my own skin.
I’d say do it because it definitely works if your willing to put in 110%!!!
I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it and the results it brought. There were some times where it was difficult but that’s what made me a stronger person both mentally and physically.
