Reason to start The Challenge

I have been struggling with l my energy levels and motivation for the last 3 years and need to change something. I see this challenge as a way to get my mojo back and live life to the fullest.

What did you like most about The Challenge?

I love the structure of the program the most. It makes it so easy, you don't have to think about what to eat and what to train. Just follow the process and see the results.

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

Finding time to meal prep and train. I had to leave most mornings before the family woke up so I didn't get to see them until dinner time. My work was really good about it and I could often get lunch time training sessions in which helped a lot.

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

This challenge has brought me closer to my beautiful wife. We trained together and basically lived and breathed the challenge. It has also changed the way we will live in the future. We both want to set a healthy example for our son and this challenge has really given us a kick start to achieve that.

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

I would and have recommended the challenge to anyone that asks or comments. It's a life-changer for sure!

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

I found the challenge great fun, especially doing it with my wife. I felt great and I now feel like a new man.
