Lean - Intermediate
Been doing gym for around one and a half years now and feeling pretty strong and good about myself, now just looking at testing myself and pushing to get better results, struggle a bit with nutrition but I’m hoping to nail it in this challenge
This challenge is so well ran I was never wondering what to do, all the information I needed is supplied to you and I found it very easy to follow, also love the results it me.
I went through a stage (around the 6-7 week mark) where I just had no energy at all as I train in the morning I found it very hard getting through a day, but through the forum and the coaches guidance I upped my food a bit and it was all good.
I was a very plan eater before this challenge, this has opened my eyes to a whole new world of healthy eating.
100% jump into it
Would just like to say congratulations on putting together such a great program, I loved everything about this, it’s changed my life in so many ways, i’ll be recommending this to so many people and I will definitely be doing another one.

Really can’t believe how much I’m learning through is challenge. About my body and how it reacts to hard work and mostly about nutrition enjoying every single bit of this.
Down to 86.5kg, love these results and loving the programme, very addictived to the gym right now

Week 4 starting to get cravings for some chocolate but there’s no way I’m giving in, loving the work I’m putting in and feeling stronger every day.
Start of week 3 💪💪💪💪
Bit of a lack in motivation last week due to a death in the family but still managed to stick to my plan.
Week 3 is gunna be smashed 🤘🤘💪👌🤪🤩
Day 2 never been so sore after lower body yesterday morning, bloody love it....
Also loved doing upper body this morning too, I don’t want a rest day tomorrow 🤘🤪💪
