This effort is inspired by, and dedicated to my mother Liz, who is fighting stage 4 cervical cancer. I love you mum.I let myself go and got way out of shape, I want to get into the best shape of my life. Long term, I want to maintain a high level of fitness and health, and be a good role model for our (1 year old) son. The Max’s Challenge is a great way to make the life changes required to do this.
