Reason to start The Challenge

Way too much eating, way too much drinking.

What did you like most about The Challenge?

The training program. It was easy to follow and easy to set the foundation for a good routine. The eating program was also affordable and easy to maintain.

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

The first two weeks. Cravings and setting the routine.

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

End of last year and the start of this year I was in a bad place mentally and physically. I had developed a bad relationship with food and alcohol as a coping mechanism for the shit I was dealing with, through the support of My family I did some self-reflection and identified I was in an ever increasing downward spiral if I didn’t change my habits and self worth. That said, I’m quite proud of myself and my confidence has started to come back. I feel happier within myself, healthier and full of life!

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

Do it. I have had many people ask me how I got these results and have referred them to the challenge. Do it, put in 100% and the results will follow.

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

I thoroughly enjoyed the challenge. I feel like it has changed my relationship with food. I find myself craving healthier fresher food. The exercise and food program are now part of my day to day and able to be sustained with a healthy balance of working routine and social life
