Reason to start The Challenge

After not attempting the last Max's challenge I found that I missed being a part of a structured program. every time I have said i want to make top 10 but never really pushed myself for it. I made top 50 in 2015 and was not overly happy with my finish result as I can do better. So this time I am going to have a go at making top 10.

What did you like most about The Challenge?

I felt that I was able to apply myself better this time around. I made more time for myself to ensure I stayed on track better than previous attempts at this challenge. In my head i felt better for it too.

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

Knowing I have made top 50 in the past, I want to beat that by hopefully making top 10.

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

It has made me realise that I like being in this condition, people have commented on my physique and how well I look now. Being leaner and feeling better is something that I want to ensure I maintain even now it is finished.

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

Definitely get on board with the Max's challenge. Even if you think you can do it alone, trust me you normally can't, or should I say don't This gives you a goal, a purpose to try and get the best out of yourself. At the end of the day it is all about yourself and what you can get out of it.

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

This is my 6th Max's Challenge now, and I still believe that I can be a top 10 finisher. My goal was to make top 10 if not top 3. This has been the most challenging for me as I want so badly to be a part of the Max's team to help promote a healthy lifestyle and through the Max's Challenge and Supplements this is achievable for anyone who puts their mind to it. Hopefully the judges will see fit that I am a great candidate for their after challenge team to continuing to promote this fantastic challenge and its products.

With just over 2 weeks to go I have hit the 10% bodyfat range. My goal is to get into the 8 - 9% range by the end. I have now lost approx 8% bodyfat since the beginning whilst still holding onto the muscle mass. Lets see how the next 2 weeks go :)

First time writing in the journal. It is week 8 and at the start I weighed in at 88.1kg had 42.1kg muscle and 15.4kg fat, giving me 17.5% bodyfat. I had a specific target weight and bodyfat % to hit by now. It was 82kg and under 13%. I had a scan today and I have come in at 81.3kg which has 41.6kg muscle and 9.5kg fat giving me 11.7% bodyfat. I am stoked so far. Have to reset my final goal now as it was 80kg and under 11% while keeping the muscle mass at 41kg or over. So now aiming for under 80kg and under 10%, that is 1.3kg of actual weight and 1.7% bodyfat.. Lets see what happens over the next 4 weeks hey !!!
