Sick of feeling unhealthy and fat. Never had a 6 pack that isn't hidden under fat and just something i want to tick off my bucket list
how quickly the weight dropped off it was amazing. The challenge was really well designed kept it interesting with changes every 4 weeks and it went so quickly and how much your body changes in such a small amount of time was incredible. Never have had a 6 pack abs before so was great to get to my goal of getting a 6 pack
There was a few tricky things as i work away it was hard always getting the right food i took lots of my own food in my suitcase and my job is fairly physical so got a bit tired after 12 hours a day. Also my knee giving me dramas from an injury earlier this year so found it hard to do too much on it at times. Seems funny now but going from 4 weeks to 5th week exercises had to have more rest days was really finding it hard not to train but now i love my rest days and see the importance in them
At the start of the year i weighed 93Kg the most i have ever weighed so it took me 7 months to lose the first 10Kg doing cardio and injured my knee trying to run too much(3 cm tear through cartilage was so annoying if only i had done the max challenge from the start would have been so much better). To see the last 10Kg drop off in only three months was amazing. I have learnt so much about all the foods i eat and how important it is to eat healthy. I have never really done much weights before and just done cardio to lose weight in the gym. So to see how easy it was to lose weight without doing as much cardio was amazing it just fell off like some sort of magic! It is funny how many people say they dont recognise me anymore and how many people ask how i have lost so much weight so quickly and what is your secret.
Definitely give it a go it is so good for you and makes you look and feel ten years younger.
