I like the structure of the 12 week plan. Having a definitive diet and workout regime allowed me to gain results like i never have before. I've worked out off an on for years but really just meandered through it. Having the confidence of knowing that all i had to do is follow the plan set out for me and i would get great results gave me a focus I've never had before.
The hardest thing for me was sticking to the diet. Food, glorious food oh how I craved you over the twelve weeks. Learning to be content on a good amount of healthy food was a big plus for me, rather than eating till i'm bursting once or twice a day on crap.
In one word MASSIVE. Not being happy with your appearance literally affects everything. Whether you're at work or interacting socially if you have an element of self loathing in your appearance it impacts negatively on you. For me before the challenge i was still mainly a content and happy person, at home and at work. Now though life just feels better, laughing a bit harder and longer, looking forward to going to work, generally squeezing a bit more juice out of life.
All you have to do is follow the plan and you will get amazing results. It's that simple. Sick and tired of feeling sick and tired? Then just follow the plan and it WILL change your life.
The Max 12 week challenge has really just whet my appetite for more. In a way my challenge is just beginning, maintaining my gains and building on them is now my focus. Pre-Max i'd never taken a single supplement or protein shake, nothing. Now i see them as an integral part of my journey ahead.
