Reason to start The Challenge

I'm Sam I'm a tradie by day always wanted to have a lean healthy beach body, I went and got a dexa body fat scan done and I was 19.4 % body fat so it's time to give my all for 12 weeks and get the body I've always wanted

What did you like most about The Challenge?

The support throughout the challenge the frequent videos and up dates helped me to keep pushing towards the goal I was chasing, easily structured programs and diets so all I had to do was the hard work behind the scenes

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

Mentally for me was the hardest as a tradie I work long hours but even know at times I was weak I just wanted to push through to make a real life change and not let anyone or myself down

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

Massive impact Given me a sense of direction and to be able to learn a lot about myself and deffernt types of food that are good for my body

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

I would say get on board best thing you'll ever do but you must commit 100%

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

So happy with my results to start at 86.7kg at 19.4% body fat and finish with 73.1kg at 9.8% I'm just so proud of my own achievements
