Reason to start The Challenge

I have struggled over the years to stay in shape after doing last max challenge I felt great just wasn't quite where I wanted to be did some bulking over the break now ready to shred again and get into it. My goal is to crack top 10 im ready to push harder than ever before

What did you like most about The Challenge?

How it's pushed me to new levels in my diet and training.

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

Staying focused on my goal and sticking to the diet

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

It has changed my life. Over the course of my 2 challenges I've lost 37kg it's given me the drive to stay health and fit again.

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

Don't think twice sign up give it a go it's not hard and only 12 short weeks. It will change your life

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

This being my second challenge I found new ways to push myself harder and watched my body transform in different ways. its been a great 12 weeks for me losing another 23kg

    Well another successful week down sitting at 87kg now only 2kg shy of my goal weight which I thought was a very long shot when starting however persistence is paying off. One 1 more week left can't wait to smash it out

    Have hit a bit of wall struggling to get under that 92kg consistently fluctuating between 92-93kg feeling awesome but want to get to that goal weight of 85kg . I'm currently at my lowest since almost 5 years ago

    Pushed harder than ever this week and results have followed dropping 2kg loving this new me I'm on a mission to make top 10 and failure isn't an option

    Loving this challenge and what it's doing to my body. With every training sesh done feeling better every day. I'm consistently watching my weight keep going down now breaking in under 98kg let's keep this rolling

    This being my second challenge I'm really starting to notice how much differently my body is reacting. I'm finding I'm not losing the weight on the scales like last time however the changes in my body shape and muscles are a big difference. Today I hit my first goal getting back under that 100kg. I'm starting wind up my training knowing I can push myself my more to get where I want to be

    Things are starting to flow and having consistant results. Have a good pattern working and enjoying my training

    Really starting to get in swing of things feel great with diet have cut few things from it like bread ect. Training harder than normal and seeing results already couldn't be happier

    Started few days late but making up for it already. I have set goals and nothing is going to stop me from achieving what I set out to do. Bring it on
