Looking forward to the challenge of losing a few kilograms and getting back into shape after a shoulder reconstruction a year ago.I train regularly but felt I needed a structured Training and Eating plan to point me in the right direction and keep me honest.

I started the 12 Week Challenge after a good friend completed the previous challenge and raved about how good it was for him and his wife and how much weight they had both lost over the 12 weeks.So I decided it was time to knuckle down and give it a go especially after having just fully recovered from a full shoulder reconstruction mid 2017.I really didn't believe that I would get as much out of the 12 Week Challenge as I did, but It has given me a solid platform to move forward into a more disciplined and healthier Lifestyle, mentally and physically.It has also taught me a lot about myself ,especially my levels of discipline and things I will need to work harder on in the future.It is also the first time I have used quality Supplements and the Maxs products were amazing Especially the Shred Protein (Choc Honeycomb)and BCAA and Glutamine helped hugely with muscle recovery and DOMS.
