Trained hard and continued to follow the nutritional plan 100% with good adjustments over the last few weeks. 3 x morning weight sessions + 1 PT session + 5 HIIT/spin/cardio/stretch sessions. Done some prep through the week for the final photos. I am amazed by the results and feel fantastic. An awesome experience. A big thank you to my wife Venessa for the support over the last 12 weeks.
