Lean & Ripped
Doing this Challenge for me will be something that needs great mental and physical effort in order to be done successfully and therefore tests a person's ability. I am at a stage of my life now where I need to put my effort into something else other then worrying about the things I cannot control. It is so important to maintain a high level of self-esteem, believe in yourself and continue to challenge yourself in order to build upon your knowledge in all that you do.
Simple to follow the professionals that ave put this together were very helpful via the Forum. The body responded to the 3 x 4 week changes which encouraged growth and I thrived on the changes to my body.
Really only the last two weeks but personally I think I put that pressure on myself as I increased the Intensity of my Cardio as I had this vision in to what I wanted the end product too look like, and yes I did achieve that vision.
As a father of 2 I have more patients more energy I don't feel like Im 59 and my girls say I look early 40's, Im a lot more happier and don't get as grumpy anymore. The best thing apart from all that is discipline and a bit of time management this I us I'm my working life, so now I have a work family balance. That nothing in life is not achievable you just need to put the work in and success will come your way.
Everybody has there own reasons for participating in events, wether its to run faster lose weight trim a little or just have more energy I would say to them is "DO IT" what do you have to lose, f anything you have a lot more to gain with the support via Podcasts, Forums and the best part is you get to chat and maybe meet people with the same goals in mind so the support you get through The Challenge is remarkable. You cannot go wrong.
I just would like to finish by personal thanking the people from MAX'S Challenge for this incredibly journey I will be having a couple of weeks of now to repair my Hernia (an old one that has opened) I carried this for the last 2 weeks of the challenge so it will be great to start the next one 110% fit, even if it is just walking or Stationary Bike.
