What did you like most about The Challenge?

When I started seeing results from the meal and train programs

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

Not having a cheat meal as everyone else would agree and just the food and cravings.

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

The challenge has impacted my life for the better as it's motivated me to continue my new passion in living a happy and healthy lifestyle and also giving more confidence mentally and physically!

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

Give it your 110% and believe in the process and most importantly yourself!

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

It's been a great and challenging journey I'm just super happy that I did this challenge and how far I've come sad that it's come to an end but happy with the new beginning.

    Week 8 down cant believe how fast its gone at first I was saying to my self this is going to take forever but now looking where I'm at now and how far I've come it's just mind blowing it's this last part of the challenge is where the magic really happens Time to really tight the screws up and bring this challenge home πŸ’ͺ🏾 Week 8 check in photo

    He's my week 4 check in must I say what a challenging 4 weeks it's been just happy with how far I've come so far feeling amazing full of energy and most of all the results Ive achieved with in the 4 weeks so far missing the the cheat meals but staying focus and I'm fully pumped with what the new week 5 phase is to offer It's time to bring the house down πŸ’ͺ🏾πŸ’ͺ🏾

    Week 1 done bring on week 2 but may I say it was a struggle with week 1 but the outcome was awesome my start weight was 126kg dropped 6kgs in the first week which made me more motivated about this challenge and smashing new goals ahead for week 2 anything is possible if you put your mind to it πŸ™ŒπŸΎπŸ™ŒπŸΎ #maxschallenge2017

    Day 1 done and dusted not gonna lie but the struggle was REAL!!! Haha bring on day 2...
