Reason to start The Challenge

Additional to my reason for joining the Feb 17 challenge, I'm now in the best shape of my life. I'm as lean as healthily possible, so I'd now like to add some lean mass (bulk) to my frame.

What did you like most about The Challenge?

The structure. Having all the planning done for you makes things a hell of a lot easier. Being a mass program, I didn't struggle with hunger like I did on the lean program

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

Having just completed my last 'lean' challenge, it was hard (mentally) putting on weight and loosing all my hard earned definition

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

After completing back to back challenges, the lifestyle changes are now set in pretty well. I can't see myself going back to the old me

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

Definitely do it. All the hard work of planning what to eat and what to train is done for you, so you can't get it wrong. 12 weeks sounds like a long time, but it goes by so quickly, and you'll have an amazing body in no time, so just do it

    I'm a week into the new Mass Nutrition Plan, and I'm already seeing my definition disappear 😞 I know it's all part of the process, but man it's hard, especially after only just finishing working so hard to get the abs etc...
