Martin Quetti's amazing MAX'S Challenge transformation

  • Before

I'm glad I stumbled across the MAX's Challenge, it has been 12 weeks I've really enjoyed. Seeing the results of past entrants I knew this was proven to work. I am surprised and happy with the way I now look. Plus I have a mad six pack

Reason to start The Challenge

At this point in time my reason for entering was when I flicked onto a channel about a "challenge". Normally I would have flicked to another channel to find something of interest, but on this particular night I was interested. I was inspired and intrigued by everyday people who had previously entered a 12 week program, with what I thought had achieved amazing results. Personally I didn't think people could achieve such results in a such a short period of time, but they had. Personally I have been making an effort in the last 6 months to stay healthy by improving my diet and religiously exercising at the gym. I have not found it easy as quite often my diet turns from eating great to eating crap, to exercising hard to feeling flat like I'm wasting my time. I know my efforts over those months have made a difference, but NOTHING like what I saw from the MAX's Challenge competitors. All I hope to achieve is to see this challenge through to the end, and use the knowledge and experience gained from the challenge to carry on being fit and healthy for many years to come. Plus get a mad six pack!

What did you like most about The Challenge?

There was so much I enjoyed about the challenge! This challenge takes all the hard work out of getting into shape except for the hard work. Your supplied a shopping list, a meal plan, a supplement list, an exercise program if your at home or the gym, a exercise glossary if your uncertain how to perform an exercise, and then if that doesn't answer all your questions you have access to the coaches and members of the forum.
With all this information at my disposal I was able complete the challenge with a strong focus on training hard in the gym as I knew that everything else was taken care of.

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

For me the hardest part of the challenge was overcoming my own doubts and thinking I was not succeeding. Occasionally I felt I couldn't see any change or improvement, but I wasn't going to quit so I knew I had to push on, which I'm glad I did.The part of the challenge that helped me overcome my self doubt was the check in process. When I looked at my progress photos I could see a noticeable change which inspired me to push on.

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

It has opened my eyes to what I thought my healthy lifestyle was. Prior to the challenge, I went to the gym, thought I ate healthy, quite often ate sweets and snacks, thinking, it's all good I'm exercising. I WAS WRONG.
I was eating more through the challenge, and loving it, plus getting leaner and stronger, all because it was GOOD food!
It's funny that before I would often look in the supermarket for specials on chips or ice-cream, but now I find I'm looking for the specials on apples or vegetables.
Now when I'm hungry I don't look for the easiest or quickest food available, but the healthiest.

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

What I would say and have said to others about this challenge, if you were like me and had spent months or years in the gym and felt like you were not getting anywhere or not seeing the results you were expecting, commit yourself to this 12 week challenge, all the information you need is provided, all you need to do is stay focused and follow the program and advice from the coaches. You will surprise yourself.

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

I'm glad I stumbled across the MAX's Challenge, it has been 12 weeks I've really enjoyed. Seeing the results of past entrants I knew this was proven to work. I am surprised and happy with the way I now look. Plus I have a mad six pack, Thanks.

It's funny looking at the progress photos, it looks like the evolution of man. Starts with a hunched over caveman, leading to an erect standing caveman lol. The photos are a great idea, you can actually see the changes occurring through the stages of the challenge.

Had a slip but gracefully recovered last night whilst out for dinner with the family. Instinctively said yes to having a beer when asked by the waitress. It wasn't until 5 seconds later looking over the beers on the menu, I asked for a water.

Whilst in the shed, I realised I'm going to have to change from storing my bits and pieces in ice cream containers to Max's supplement containers.

Wow that fitness test was a workout in itself! Hope to see an improvement in 4 weeks particularly in leg strength.
