Get Lean & Ripped
I want to get the structure that the challenge provides back to my training and nutrition.
The structure of the training and nutrition plans. Aligning both of these is where the results seem to really happen for me.This structure works well and gives me the focus you stay on track.
I would say front squats!! To start with it just didn't feel right.... but I kept at it and I now wouldn't leave these out of my leg set. This is what I like about challenge, it pushes you to do things you wouldn't normally do.
A positive one!! I feel like I have so much more energy and my fitness levels have increased dramatically.My two boys are now also at an age where they are noticing the nutritional side of the challenge and have started to eat some of the same meals. They have also started joining me on my Sunday LISS runs which has been great fun!!
Easy.... Just do it. In fact I'm signing up for the September challenge to see where the next 12 weeks will take me. I'm getting a couple of work colleagues involved too.
I've really enjoyed the challenge and doing this one with a work colleague has made it even more enjoyable. The support on-line either via the web page or social media really does make this feel like a community.Well done Max Challenge team!
