Reason to start The Challenge

Have been previously quite fit. Don’t want a dad bod anymore!

What did you like most about The Challenge?

Meal variety. Made the diet much easier to stick to and not the same thing every meal, everyday. There were even healthy treats so going through the diet changes wasn’t unbearable.

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

Breaking old habits like eating late in the evening. Cutting out desserts and chips after dinner was tough.

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

It’s given me a healthy change that will fit with my lifestyle and will share with friends and family. Most diets are tough to stick with coz they are set and after a while boring. It wasn’t hard to choose a meal that fit with the meal plan that was a bit different even when eating out.

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

Don’t hesitate, sign up you’ve got nothing to lose - except a lot of extra kilos. Stick with the nutrition and training plan, be patient and the results will come. Have a goal in mind and when you go through the ‘temptation days’ you remember what that is.

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

The Max’s community group is a great support base. People actively sharing advice, sharing tips and even recipes and going through the same challenge with you helps you to stay focused and accountable. A great experience.
