Get Lean & Ripped
I did the challenge last year and was over the moon with my results as I got in the top 50. I have let loose a tad with the diet and want to get back to where I was if not better then previous results. A top 10 is a goal but at the end of the day just to be back in that happy spot I was before.
The challenge was enjoyable as it kept me honest and accountable. I enjoyed the camaraderie with other challenges in the Facebook group and Max’s and Maxine’s online community section.
Definitely getting through the days that I would normally have cheat meals on or skip a gym day. For example my sons 4th birthday, my 2yr old had her appendix out, so slept a couple of nights in hospital. And also the weather this time of year was hard to train as I can only do 3:30am sessions, some mornings it was -7 degrees.
This has been massive for not only me but for my family. All the recipes the coaches give you I will keep with me forever as we now have a great understanding of what sort of foods should be consumed and how to adjust meals so they are healthier.
If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you’ve always got. I have been training for ever and never have I got the results I have in just 12 short weeks. If you are thinking at all about it, you need to do it.
I would like to thank all the coaches and all the other challenges involved, no way I would of got through this on my own. Most of all I wouldn’t of been able to do it without the love and support from my wife and kids, the have sacrificed a lot for me to complete this but we are all repeating the rewards now. Peace ✌️💪
