Reason to start The Challenge

This is my third time participating in the challenge and this time I want to take my result to the next level. I’m committing to 100% strict diet - no more cheat meal weekends - so I can reach my full potential in 12 short weeks and then keep it up for the rest of the year !

What did you like most about The Challenge?

Having a set period of time to focus on and an end date to really work toward, as well as the community of like minded people working toward a common goal and supporting one another.

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

Strict dieting becomes part of your routine but the first few weeks are really hard to break the cravings for junk food

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

Third time around and I feel like I finally have the right momentum and understanding of diet to keep this up for the rest of my life

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

Don’t hesitate - just get started and change your life today

Despite many personal and work issues I saw this one though with complete dedication to training and diet and I’m stoked with the end result - thanks so much for this brilliant program!
