Build Size & Strength
Enjoyed doing the lean challenge previously, so decided to give the mass program a go.
I really enjoy the structured meal plan.
Doing the strength and size program I found it a little hard to eat the quantities of brown rice and sweet potato at times.
It has given me a better understanding of what I need to eat to continue to grow. Where in the past I purely relied on supplements.
Definitely give it a go, this being my second challenge I found once I get to 3-4 weeks in it becomes easier when you get into a routine.
Really enjoyed the supplement range that max’s has to offer especially the night time protein shake which was like a little treat before bed.(really handy for someone with a sweet tooth)
