Get Lean & Ripped - Intermediate
To give me some focus and a goal to work towards.
Seeing the way my body was changing from week to week. The training and eating plans were easy to read and straight forward to follow.
Sticking to the eating plan during weekend social events. I also found the early moring cardio sessions in the final couple of weeks were draining both mentally and physically especially following leg days, seeing the changes to my body pushed me to continue to 100% commit to the plan.
Honestly its changed my whole outlook towards training and eating, i had always heard that diet was the most important aspect to training and after the results i got i'm now a firm believer.Training wise i was stuck in the 3 sets of 8-10 reps as heavy as i could go, i thought that was the only way to get 'real' results, the training plans i followed for the past 12 weeks has really opened up a whole new way of training to me, and the results speak for themselves.
Dont hesitate, i wish i had done it years ago, ive trained my whole life with different levels of focus and consistency but never got results like i did from the challange. I 100% committed to both the eating and training plans i recommend that any challanger also do the same its only 12 weeks.
Not really, I think the answers above cover off on most things.
