Lean - Intermediate
Currently training at the gym & just felt like it was time to challenge myself & see what I can achieve
it was easy to follow & the meals had great variety ,also it gave our gym a great vibe
definitely the last week was hard for me ,just knowing it was going to be over soon & feeling drained
more confident ,im as fit as i was in my teens ,so its been a wonderful change for me
i have already been telling people to sign up for the next one ,people say they want to get fit or muscle up ,maxs makes it happen ,not just talking about doing something i i
i will be recommending it to anyone & everyone i can ,just follow the meals & train hard & it happens for you is my spiel
