Build Strength & Size
I'm 33 turning 34 this year and back playing football i was 79 kg last year but dropped 8 kg playing football and not training.. am also getting married this year in November so want to look my best for my partner on the big day.
The thing i liked most about the challenge was once i had a food plan and weight training program it gave me motivation to set out and achieve my goals of putting size on and increasing strength for football. I also liked that it kept me strict and disciplined and i bnb routine.
The hardest thing about the challenge... Hmm, I wouldn't say there was anything hard about it to be honest.. Once i was set i was off to smash my goals.. if anything maybe the first weeks food intake.. but after that my body was screaming for food.
The impact the challenge has had on my life so far has to be the confidence and the motivation to get back into something i used to love doing..which is going to the gym to let off steam and build a good base body to continue to grow from.
What I would say to anybody thinking about doing the challenge would be to go for it.. jump in to into trust the system as it works.. believe and you can achieve as so many challenges before have done
I'd like to thank my wife to be, without her, I wouldn't have gotten the results i wanted from this challenge she has been so instrumental to my growth she has prepped all my meals and more and been such a great support throughout.
