Guy Kimpton 23 Apr 20158:50 PM Just cruising between now and bed time. Setting up my workout for the morning, which will be Back. While getting ready to read some PCPP (PC Power Play) - Computer games and what not! Morning will consist of 4 exercises, 2 of those exercises being super sets, 1 being 3x drop set and 1 being 4x normal working sets. Always a good workout!! Only 3 and half weeks left. My Phone camera is working as it wasn't for quite some time, so will be trying to put up as many posts as possible between now and the end of the challenge! Nice little picture of my Intraboost (which arrived today), my GPS Ripcurl Surf Watch (Gotta keep up with my surf times) and my PCPP mag! Yewwww!!
