Reason to start The Challenge

I have always wanted to strip body fat and try to stay in shape, and as I get older im trying to look after myself and watch what I eat even more... after reading the blogs and viewing the past candidates and the transformations that have taken place, it has inspired me to take this step and the help offered through Max's Challenge coaches and ambassadors to take on the challenge. I know it's not going to be an easy road, but if you always do what you've always done, you'll always get the same result so here comes change... No more sugar... I have the will and soon the knowledge once I register and lastly I want to help others through my experience

What did you like most about The Challenge?

The transformation, the help and support having all the information needed from the coaches ambassadors and other participants. The nutrition and training plans, all the answers to any questions, the forum and all the blogs to keep you motivated. The supplements and everything I have learnt has been an awesome 12 weeks.

A great team of people that were there to help you every step of the way throughout the challenge.

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

Planning was the hardest part at the start. Having to put up the first photo, working 2weeks on 2weeks off roster, having to take the weights to work, taking a bag of just supplements, having to dig deep and stay focused and motivated while everyone at work was eating pizza, chips and all the processed foods while I stuck to my protein bars, fruit, shakes and raw Veges with peanut butter, cottage cheese and boiled eggs... all these were just excuses that got easier as the challenge went on.

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

The journey has been amazing, but my journey has only begun. I have learnt so much and still have more to learn. I want to share my experience to help family, friends and anyone I can. Nutrition is the key

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

To those of you who are thinking about doing the Max's challenge, I was inspired by the previous challengers that achieved great results. I thought long and hard and had doubts if I could even handle the new changes and giving up my bad eating habits. But today after 12 weeks I am thankful to the Max's team who put this whole package together so that people like you and me can achieve great results and learn so much that will change our lives. So check out the previous challengers and there results, then commit to the challenge and be prepared because it will change your life.

I would like to thank the Max's challenge team for all the support and encouragement, for the resources provided to help us every step of the way. The transformation we have made, you guys are fantastic and we couldn't have done it without your help. We are all winners for taking on the challenge.
