I completed the January challenge and made some good progress in improving my health, fitness and appearance, I learned a lot about nutrition and training and replaced some bad habits with some better habits. I'm still a long way from the standard I've set for myself and feel doing another challenge will give me the support and focus I need to achieve my goals.
The program provides a wealth of knowledge, structure and support that makes it possible to realize changes that I wasn't able to achieve previously doing my own thing.
Maintaining a life balance, the challenge community and process were constantly on my mind.
It's shown me that I can achieve my physical goals, or really any goals if I break the process down into a series of actions that combined can create synergies.
Do it, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
Being involved in a community of like minded, encouraging and supportive people has been incredibly valuable. I've been inspired by others who are doing the challenge and have always felt supported and encouraged.
