Get Lean & Ripped
I’ve tried to do the challenge before and failed dismally, I see this as a chance to add some quality to my life and would love to have a 6 pack for once in my life
I liked most the results that I have achieved, I have tried to do the challenge before and lasted less than 4 weeks, this time I finished and am so happy with the results. I have lost 24cm off my belly 16kgs and my blood pressure is 120/66 now without medication and used to be 187/106 prior to medication.Once you get in the swing of it, the program is easy to follow, the coaching and forums help you keep involved and let you know your not the only one struggling with issues. The whole process is great and Im a massive fan and want everyone to do it just once to really see what they are capable of.
Dedication, in a world where everything is easy, the challenge makes you realise that it only takes a little bit of work to start the process towards a healthy lifestyle and once you start it becomes easier. Life puts up a lot of barriers and sticking to the challenge when there's easy meals, family commitments, work commitments and the like make the challenge hard, but it also makes you stronger.
The challenge has had a huge impact on my life, for one its probably gave me a longer life, I'm healthier now that I have been for the last 20 odd years. I feel enthusiastic about everything and feel that I can rise to any challenge now. Over the years I lost a lot of respect for myself and doubted everything I did. The challenge has changed all that, I feel more confident and better able to cope with everything. I even completed a 250km, 2 day bike ride (without extra training) because of the confidence I got from the challenge.
DO IT !!!!. The challenge is a game breaker, it will bring out the person in you that you've always wanted to find. Yes it is hard, but you will do things you thought you couldn't. It will change your view of your world.
It has been a great experience, I'd like to thank the crew in Lake Cargelligo and the coaches and ambassadors for the support, advice and time they put in. The forum and the podcasts and the articles, even the social media make you feel like your part of something bigger, that your not alone and that there are others out there struggling along like you to make a difference to their lives. Oh and if you could do something towards the end on how to pose for the other photos it would definitely help, im shit at it and found it awkward.
