Christopher Forden 10 Sep 20199:42 PM day 2 completed, feeling pretty off all day and yesterday. started to get a bit of a head cold, lack of sleep and other shit going on. I've managed to maintain 100% compliance with training and nutrition. I'm starting to feel a little better and getting on top of this head cold early is key. My water consumption has increased to a bit over 2 L a day now. I need to up those numbers though. I'm really impressed with the platinum program, It's absolutely amazing. I got myself a new Garmin watch, resistance bands kit and a power band to help with doing muscle ups. I really want this challenge! I'm hungry for the win.
