Reason to start The Challenge

At my heaviest in 3 years. Have well and truly gone off track with my eating and training. This challenge is what I need to get my health and fitness back on track.

What did you like most about The Challenge?

I loved the whole process but for me the best thing was how my whole mindset and focus was on a new level, I couldn't wait to get up early do my morning cardio then head back in the afternoon for my weight sessions. I have a new passion and will now be a lifestyle change.

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

The hardest thing was on some days in the last 4 weeks getting to the gym, I would feel tired and drained but I would always get there and most of these time they were some of my best workouts.

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

The biggest impact would be probably my nutrition and mindset. I was one if those guys who thought eating carbohydrates would turn into fat. How wrong was I. As for my mindset I never knew how mentally strong I was, there were many temptations throughoutthe challenge but it didn't faze me at all.

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

It's a must do, the results speak for themselves, stick to the plan stay consistent and the results will come.

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

It has shown my 2 children 14 and 12 years old, the importance of healthy eating and exercise. They are very proud of what myself and wife (Maxine's challenger) have achieved. My daughter actually took my after photos for me and was helping me with what photos looked the best.
