I dropped 5% body fat in the February challenge and now it's time to pack on some mass

What did you like most about The Challenge?

how easy it is to follow the meal plans and workouts

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

the hardest thing for me was to stay true to the program throughout the 12 wks

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

work - feel more energetic every start of the week.
home- feel alive, love the outdoors even more, love taking my shirt off, more convenient in my own skin
boost my self-esteem, feel good about myself, win win win

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

do it, if I can see these results at my age (47) you can do it as well
age are just a number
I have also manage to convince one co worker to join up last week...Ben French

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

I am so happy I came across Max challenge, it changes my life and I feel great, family love my energy.

    here we proud of myself for staying true to the mass program, was a bit worried once I step on the scale for the first time....bodyweight going up and up, but I trust the program. bring on the last 4 weeks

    Cold and wet in Perth the whole week so far, at least no rain for the weekend lets smash it Take a bit to get going in this weather , but love it once up and running

    wow already wk. 7, time fly when you having fun, I love the mass program, I can see and feel the difference in my strength increasing week by week I workout at my home gym and make the best of it

    Here we go again, are very excited about the new mass program i got the best results ever from the previous 12wk lean program, cant wait to see my mass after this 12 we challenge. ... lets do this
