Reason to start The Challenge

Since quitting smoking 15 months ago I found food was a great way to replace the cigarettes (like most people) and I've decided it's time to kick my own arse and cut away the fat & gain some muscle.

What did you like most about The Challenge?

The challenge itself! It really drove me to my breaking point at the start but also made me push through both my mental and physical barriers!

What was the hardest thing about your Challenge?

Motivation at first but around week 3 this made a HUGE U-turn! I started enjoying every aching muscle! Lol

What impact has The Challenge had on your life?

Lifestyle change, routine, confidence and really given me my drive back!

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing The Challenge?

DO IT, DO IT, DO IT! lol

Anything else you would like to tell us about your Challenge?

It has been an awesome experience with both its ups and downs. There was a few mental barriers I had to break through but once these were behind me it was a continual climb up the hill! I'm looking forward to what comes next, being fitness, life, food! I can't wait to continue this journey and see what results I can get now!

    What a journey! The last 12 weeks have really kicked my ass and made me re-evaluate my health choices! I've loved every minute of it and am looking forward to stage 2! 💪 Waiting for my re-feed dinner with my wife on Monday then we're both back into it! Congratulations everyone on all your hard work and keep up the awesomeness!

    My back is feeling a lot stronger and I've noticed my posture is much better now! Waistline has dropped by 2 sizes and I'm fitting back into my pants pre wedding! 😂

    Well, week 8 is nearly over and I've managed to push along the entire time! I'm more than happy with my results so far and am feeling good but weak! Lol Really keen to see the end results and get straight back onto the mass program!

    Starting to see some good results! Haven't missed a day of training yet, meals have been spot on (thanks to my wife for prepping) and managed to run at 10km/h for 10 mins straight this morning! Absolutely stoked with that! Can't wait for Monday's training to step up! 👌

    Week 3. Managed to stay on track with not only my training but also my diet! Haven't missed a day of training yet, cardio levels are becoming a thing! I can actually run! 😂 Strength is improving, recovery times are much shorter now and I'm genuinely looking forward to the next day!

    Captains log, Day 1. Legs... Ahhhhhhh the dreaded legs. I managed to push threw the entire routine with minimal complaining, I may have had a little to much pre workout though. Who would've thought a 6"1 bloke weighing 96kg could move that quick! But, I must say I feel awesome! Day 1 down. Now for dinner and a good sleep!
