I’ve lived with multiple sclerosis for the past 17yrs and lived a fairly normal life with out to many complications up intill last year have I had a server relapses of my MS and had to under go hospital treatment with a new auto ammunine drug which I had to be administered at the Murdoch cancer clinic in Perth which was a humbling experience to say the least, and that was to treat numbness and weakness I had down my left side of my body. That was in April and I could train again till late November but my nutrition was terrible due to some really bad habits I’d created and no motivation to train also.So I’m using this challenge to create some lifestyle changes and regain my healthy habits to prevent and minimise the probability of MS relapses and living a healthy life to see my 12 year old daughter grow up and to be a healthy active role model to her..
The support I received from my coach and other challengers.
Nutrition and consistently making good healthy food choices when you're having terrible sugar cravings.
Massive impact as I’m feeling 💯 more confident as I look and feel fit. Healthy food choices have become a habit/lifestyle and I’m feeling more confident and certain about my future and a elimated anxiety about my multiple sclerosis moving forward. I’m in a space where it won’t and I won’t let it impact my life.
Go platinum. The added support of my coach was massive to keep me accountable and on track to achieve the result I got, which I’m stoked about.
Yes I have the best body I have ever had and I’m 40, I promised myself I would be a fit healthy inspiration for my daughter who is 12 yrs old and I feel like I have achieved that.. thank you 😊
