Ben first completed the Challenge in 2014 with the simple goal of sticking to the training and diet plan for the entire 12 weeks. Thrilled with his final results, Ben adopted the Challenge lifestyle as part of his every day life and has now completed the Challenge 10 times with a Top 10 finish in 2017.

Despite having young children and working 12 hour shift work, the Challenge has taught Ben how to successfully incorporate training, meal prep and healthy eating into an already demanding lifestyle.
