Prep time: 5 minutesCooking time: 10 minutesServes: 1 Ingredients 3/4-1 scoop Maxine's BURN Protein powder (flavour of your choice) 4 egg whites 1/3 cup rolled oats (raw) 1 Tbsp almond or low fat milk 1/4-1/2 cup blueberries Method Place all ingredients in a bowl until combined. If you prefer a smoother batter, mix the ingredients except blueberries in a blender slightly to break down the oats, then add the blueberries and mix by hand. Pour onto a non-stick fry pan, lighly oiled with coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil. Cook 1 at a time or multiples if pan is large enough. Cook as per a normal pancake, until bubbling then flip and cook on the other side until cooked through. Serve with additional blueberries and a drizzle of sugar-free maple syrup.
