Ingredients: 1 Piece of Fresh Salmon, size as per your Nutrition Plan 1 Tablespoon Mustard (Yellow or spicy are best) 1 Tablespoon Walden Farm, Queen Sugar Free or similar Maple Syrup 1 Tablespoon extra Virgin Olive Oil Method: 1. Mix the Mustard, Maple Syrup and Olive Oil in a small bowl 2. Place salmon on a Foil lined Grill tray and brush with mix until covered 3. Place under the Griller for approx 5 mins per side Serve with Green Vegetables or Salad
