Ingredients: 2/3 cup cold cooked basmati rice 1 scoop MAX'S Vanilla Protein powder 1/2 cup Berries 1 tbs chia seeds 2 tbs no fat plain Greek Yoghurt Directions: Mix all together and refrigerate for about an hour or two. Scoop into balls, (mixture is very soft and won't roll); and then cover in organic shredded coconut. Refrigerate until you just can't wait any longer!! Yum.
