Berry Nice Rice Ball Clouds


  • 2/3 cup cold cooked basmati rice
  • 1 scoop MAX'S Vanilla Protein powder
  • 1/2 cup Berries
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 2 tbs no fat plain Greek Yoghurt


  1. Mix all together and refrigerate for about an hour or two.
  2. Scoop into balls, (mixture is very soft and won't roll); and then cover in organic shredded coconut.

Refrigerate until you just can't wait any longer!! Yum.
