Banana Protein Pancakes


• 3/4-1 scoop MAX's Shred System Protein powder (flavour of your choice)
• 4 egg whites
• 1/3 cup rolled oats (raw)
• 1 Tbsp almond or low fat milk
• ½ Banana mashed
• ½ Banana Sliced for topping


STEP 1: Place all ingredients except sliced Banana in a bowl until combined. If you prefer a smoother batter, mix the ingredients in a blender on low to break down the oats.
STEP 2: Pour onto a non-stick fry pan, lightly oiled with coconut oil spray or extra virgin olive oil. Cook 1 at a time or multiples if pan is large enough.
STEP 3: Cook as per a normal pancake, until bubbling then flip and cook on the other side until cooked through.

Serve with sliced Banana and a few blueberries and a drizzle of sugar-free maple syrup if you like.
