Ingredients: 1 x 425g can Tuna in springwater 1 whole egg + 2 egg whites, beaten 1/2 cup oats or oatmeal 1 large carrot, grated 1 red onion, chopped finely 2 Tbsp parsley 1/2 garlic clove, minced 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice Salt & Pepper to taste Method: STEP 1: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Use your hands to form into patties to preferred size. STEP 2: Cook on lightly oiled fry-pan for approximately 6-7 minutes each side, until golden and cooked through.
