Meat and Veggie Kebabs

Ingredients:

  • 500g Lean Diced Beef, Lamb or Chicken
  • 1 red Onion
  • 1 Red Capsicum chopped into large pieces
  • 1 Green Capsicum chopped into large pieces
  • 1 Zucchini Chopped
  • Salt reduced Soy sauce

Directions:

  • Thread diced meat, red onion, capsicum and Zucchini onto skewers
  • Brush with Soy sauce
  • Cook on BBQ or under Grill
  • Serve with a side salad

Serves 4

Serve with Low carb or sweet potato fries.
